I was an early adopter of the RICOH360 tours after meeting them at a convention. I was so excited to see them add the floor plan option. It worked seamlessly while shooting my 360 tours and I was impressed with how accurately they depicted the space. I didn’t even have to measure anything, so easy! It came in handy on one of my buyer's purchases too when they wanted a floor plan of the house for planning where to place their furniture. It’s offered a step above my competition as not many in my market have adopted providing a floor plan with their listings and we are not a cookie-cutter market so each home is so very different.

I cant say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was to use the Ricoh floorplan service. You simply shoot your tour and they do the magic of creating the floorplan. Shooting the tour is simple and then being able to get the floorplan a day or two later is a real time saver and very affordable.
